Homeward Bound

Some of you caught a pre-release of this edit I made with cell phone cameras and free online editors, but for those of you who didn’t here’s the story. Exactly one year ago today I left Portland, Oregon for Cartagena, Colombia. Since then it’s been a solid 365 days of traveling by bus, bike, boat, foot, donkey, and the occasional zip line. There were rowdy soccer games in Medeillin, hobo fires on the Peruvian coast, rides with truckers through the Atacama Desert, and rainy hikes down the rail road tracks. But today it’s time to take Woodie’s advice- “I’mma hit that oregon trail” I’m coming home.
